Long-Term Therapy for Chronic Complaints
The QRS Home System is designed for the gentle long-term therapy of chronic complaints, as well as for prevention or sports medicine support. Using biological frequency impulses and a broad, scientifically selected frequency spectrum, an attempt is made to positively influence the cell voltage (cell membrane potential). As a result, a positive “chain reaction” with a significant influence on an overall improved cellular environment should occur. If this reaction occurs, therapeutic success can be assumed. The probability of a positive reaction to QRS therapy is between 50 and 70%. A therapy period of 3 to 6 months is not uncommon for some symptoms, especially chronic ones.
Healthy cell with a cell voltage of 70 to 100 mV (-), center; weakened cell with a voltage of approx. 60 to 50 mV (-), right; dying cell with a voltage below 20 mV. If the cell membrane potential can be improved through QRS, a cell becomes more efficient again.
General Revitalization
A frequent user feedback is that over time – in addition to the actual therapeutic purpose – an accompanying effect becomes noticeable: general physical revitalization accompanied by improved well-being. Therefore, many users continue to use their QRS system as a preventive and protective measure even after the healing process.

Application and Frequency
Application is generally carried out 1 to 3 times per day. In most cases, between 8 and 16 minutes per application are recommended. The therapy duration can be increased up to 60 minutes, and the intensity can be selected in 10 levels. Two automatic start times (timer function) can be set. For therapeutic purposes, daily use is recommended.
QRS Therapy Programs
QRS Home System Therapy Programs “Relax”, “Basic” and “Vital”
The QRS 101 offers 3 programs (Basic, Vital, and Relax) and 10 intensity levels. The Basic program contains the QRS basic frequencies and is the classic therapy program for the treatment of chronic complaints.
The QRS Vital program includes additional frequencies, such as the fair-weather frequency, which is associated with increased, revitalizing endorphin release and stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system. In sports, the Vital program is used before athletic activities.
The QRS Relax program also includes additional frequencies that have a calming effect, for example on the parasympathetic nervous system. The relaxing frequencies support muscle relaxation and promote falling asleep.
Easy to Operate
The QRS 101 Home System is very easy to operate. Switch on the QRS control unit. Select the therapy program and the desired therapy duration. Finally, set the treatment intensity. Pressing the start button begins QRS therapy. The remaining therapy time is displayed. The system stops after the selected time has elapsed. Then switch off the QRS. The settings remain saved until you change them again. If you wish to repeat the same therapy, it is sufficient to switch on the QRS and then press the start button.

Homogeneous Effective Field Characteristics
The QRS 101 Home System is the only magnetic field system that emits a completely homogeneous effective field across the entire body area. No critical, localized peaks occur as with other manufacturers; instead, the organism is covered evenly by the QRS magnetic field.
The effective field of the QRS systems can be demonstrably measured with technically suitable testing and measuring systems and achieves impressive values in diameter and height (up to 80 cm).

When the full-body applicator or mat is connected and the highest intensity is selected, the QRS 101 Home System provides an effective field height of up to 80 cm. The effective field of the local applicator reaches up to 60 cm in height at the highest intensity. The QRS field acts evenly (homogeneously) over the entire surface of the mat or pillow on the organism.
Expected Effect
How quickly QRS therapy takes effect cannot be predicted. Individual characteristics and personal medical history play a significant role. However, the QRS application should show its first effects within a period of 4 weeks. Some people notice effects after only a few treatments. In the majority of cases, the effect develops gradually over a longer period of time. This circumstance does not depend on QRS but on the differently delayed reaction of the organism.

Side Effects
- Sensitive Individuals
In very sensitive individuals, a temporary initial worsening of symptoms may occur in isolated cases after the first QRS applications. Sensitive individuals are therefore advised to set the therapy intensity low at the beginning of QRS therapy. Over time, and as the body becomes accustomed to it, the intensity can be gradually increased. - Migraine
QRS treatment should not be used during an acute migraine attack. Due to its circulation-promoting effect, a migraine attack may worsen. Any treatment intended to combat migraines is recommended only during migraine-free periods.
